Shipshewana on the Road, Casino and Ziibiwing Native American Cultural Center
Mt. Pleasant Saturday, November 4 8:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
This trip has something for everyone! For bargain seekers, there is Shipshewana On the Road. The show is a sale where independent vendors offer their products or merchandise for sale to the general public. This is their Christmas Extravaganza sale! So, come get your Christmas shopping done early. Finished and unfinished pine furniture, handmade crafts, toys, home decor, handmade jewelry, cleaning products, clothing, homemade jams, jellies and cookies, 14kt. gold and sterling silver jewelry are just a few of the products at the Shipshewana on the Road show. For those who like to gamble, you are already at the Soaring Eagle Casino and all will get vouchers toward both bingo and machines. For those who wish to know more about the Saginaw Indian tribe that operates the casino, we will start our time all together at the wonderful Ziibiwing Center, which is a distinctive treasure created to provide an enriched, diversified, and culturally relevant educational experience to learn the culture and beliefs of the Anishinabek people of the Great Lakes.
Registration Deadline: Oct. 20
